How paying and cancelling work, in plain language — this page updates itself automatically whenever we change something.
Payment
When booking, a first part of the total amount is requested; the rest follows in the run-up to your arrival, in fixed instalments:
When booking, you pay 10% of the total amount.
No later than 60 days before arrival, you pay the remaining 40%.
No later than 10 days before arrival, you pay the remaining 50%.
If an instalment isn't paid on time
If you don't pay an instalment before the due date, the booking remains valid for another 7 days.
If payment still hasn't been made by then, the booking is cancelled and the nights become available again for someone else to book.
Cancelling
If you cancel up to 10 days before arrival, you'll get the full amount back.
If you cancel after that, you won't get anything back.
The deposit — the first instalment — is never refunded, even if you cancel in time.
