What guests usually want to know before they book. The amounts, times and numbers below come from our own records and change along with them.
Booking and payment
- Am I booking directly with the owners?
- Yes. You pick your dates, fill in your details and pay on this site. There's no platform in between, so no service fee is added.
- What does a night cost?
- From € 98 a night. What you pay depends on the house and on the season; as soon as you pick your dates the total is on screen.
- What's included in the amount I see?
- The rent and the final cleaning, added together. Nothing is added at checkout.
- How much is the final cleaning?
- € 70 per stay. It's already in the total you see with your dates.
- When do I pay?
- In 3 instalments: part when you book, the rest in the run-up to your arrival. The full breakdown is on the terms page.
- Can I cancel?
- Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival. The deposit is not refunded.
The houses
- What's the minimum number of nights?
- It depends on the period: between 2 and 5 nights. When you pick your dates you'll see what applies to that period.
- How many of us can come?
- The house sleeps 6. The page for the house lists how many bedrooms and bathrooms it has.
- Is there wifi?
- Yes, the house has internet.
Arrival and departure
- What time can I check in and out?
- Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. That's local time at the house.
- Do I have to send details before arrival?
- Before you arrive you get a check-in link where you fill in who's coming; a photo of your passport fills in the fields for you. No report to any authority is involved. There's nothing left to do on arrival.
